I reached out to seller and they advised to wait until a certain date that was 2 weeks after order date. Seller took no responsibility to ensure the shipping company did not lose package. As agreed seller shipped a second pair. The second and first pair both scanned in and shipped together for some unknown reason. Occasionally this happens, no fault of the seller in any way. EBAY gives 30 days to see if item is lost. I shipped a replacement pair far ahead of requirement simply to have good service. There were 2 separate shipments, but for some reason they arrived to buyer at same time. Pure coincidence. Buyer should look at dates on tracking.
