I did get a prompt return message but each time it was a computer generated message. Other than that I received excellent service. 5STARS*****

Regardless, spoke with customer service and they were very fast and friendly in response. I've bought a fair amount of stuff from them in the past and can't wait to buy from them again. 100%.
