It certainly looks like a used computer at first sight but that doesn't matter as long as it works. The one thing I'm not happy about is that every time I unplug it or the power goes off is that I have to restart it by using the F1 key. As far as the cost for the computer I feel was reasonable.

Then the seller, in his awesomeness , refunded my money and told me to recycle it if I had no use for it.
