A claim wasn't possible, but Chris took care of a refund for me. I have purchased many items from this seller and everything has always gone so smoothly. It's nice when a seller takes care of their customers. I highly recommend this seller and will continue to business with them. I find their prices to be very reasonable and everything is always packed well and shows up as described.
