That being said, the seller shipped the item in a box that was too small, causing the top of the item's packaging to rip on one side and crush on the other. The seller clearly knew the item didn't fit, as evident from the bent flaps and excessive amount of packing tape used to keep the box closed. Disappointed to receive a new item (that is going to be a gift from Santa nonetheless,) in such condition.
