Unnecessay, delay, including invonvinence to me the buyer snd to the seller, created by the incompetence, negleegence; deliberstley caused, by Royal Mail, delivery personnel. I recommend, change courier.

I may suggest though: As the portfolio inspires to buy more than one bottle of precious perfume oil , I would be happy if shipping fees were calculated by the parcel, weight and labour of packaging the goods, not by each individual bottle.
