One from packing tape on the sticker when packaging and the other from side box rub. I applied polycrylic over the entire game to protect the paint and rest of the stickers. The very top of the game had some crush damage, but I was able to fix with some wood glue and clamps. I recommend you use some thin packing foam around the top tallest part when shipping in the box. Overall a happy customer, but giving feedback to improve.
