It has the Shimano quality I have experienced with other Shimano rods and reels. I think the value is definitely there. I personally like buying JDM products as they are usually different from the products sold in the US. The rod was packaged in an extremely tough shipping carton which I plan to keep for storage and the shipping time was very fast. I definitely recommend this seller! And look forward to using the rod!
