    The value of the turbo is okay, within an affordable range, upon arrival the condition appeared to be okay along with the Appearance, I hadn’t the turbo sent off and found that the actuator arm was bent leading to the turbo not being set up right, the quality isn’t that great at all either as the vein control lever is leaking exhaust gasses I’ve been explaining my issue to the seller who’s dragging this out further than it needs to be, I’d like to come to some sort of agreement please, thank you

    The turbo was setup on a calibrated flow rig, even if the actuator was bent here it would've still been setup to flow correctly to suit. Actuator arm has been bent post setup to cause a change in flow. Suggest has been upon install or during handling. Offered to have the unit back for inspection prior to buyer discovering the arm is bent. Buyer has chosen to dismantle unit theirselves voiding warranty

    Good product, really well packed/ in good condition, seller was fast on responses & shipped good, delayed in delivery but wasn’t anything to do with the seller. Definitely recommend.

    AVOID !!!! I received my item and my car broke before the turbo arrived I messaged them a couple of times regarding returns had no reply whatsoever ! so I opened a return and that was rejected luckily I purchased through klana who have now put the payments to them on hold and are investigating the company DO NOT USE ukturboperformance use a reputable company instead
