    I am sorry you weren't happy with the shipping of your Tureen. It was fragile and in order to keep it from moving inside the box you need to pack it tight with no room for wiggling. It arrived to you without any breakage, so I am not sure why you're upset about the packaging. As far as the shipping charge, I explained that the initial cost is an estimate from ebay, not me personally. I offered you a $20.00 refund which you've never requested on the eBay app. I'm sorry you are unhappy.

    A+++ seller! My package ended up getting sent to the wrong address but sunny was on top of finding my package and giving me quick updates to know what was going on with shipping.     VERY PLEASED with my purchase! Sunny Mile High described the purse perfectly and the photos also validated the condition. Just frustrated that the USPS didn't deliver as reported even though I was home to receive it.
