    The seller accidentally sent me the wrong item. After some back and forth communication with the seller, they sent me a shipping label to return the item with. Once the seller received the return item, they promptly issued me a full refund. While I'm naturally disappointed about not receiving the correct item, I am happy with how forthright the seller was in their communications and that they made things right.
