Very responsive, and even though they were going through big Japanese holidays, my package arrived in my house a whole month early then eBay expected delivery. Only bad thing is the tag, it came out bent, but it's definitely nothing they can control, and I do not blame them. International shipping is very hard. The order looks exactly like the picture, and the appearance is very nice, and very high quality. It was definitely worth the value. Definitely buying again!

You just need to read their auto message, they will follow Ebay policy to ship the order in time, do not rush them!

Communications was just by automated messages but that's ok. There wasn't any need for more, everything went smoothly. The original offer included standard shipping but the seller offered optional expedited shipping for a reasonable fee, which I accepted.
