The frame fell apart when the boxes were opened. After some fiddling sorted it out. The fabric is also thinner and not wipeable like the last ones and there is a bit of a smell from the fabric. Hoping this will go once they have been aired. Good size so hopping they will work well

After contacting the seller, they very kindly agreed to refund me and pay fpr the return postage as i pointed out that it was not my error. Thank you for being fair. I was sent the wrong bags at first but following my contact with the company I was sent another set which got lost and so another set was sent - which I received. Though this happened I can’t fault the prompt and polite customer service. I would definitely use this company again.

After I complained to Evri who passed on my comments to the driver, it appears the driver had a meltdown and decided to just return to back to the seller. The seller was understanding and issued a full refund as they had no more stock to send out replacements. Great customer service from seller during this unfortunate situation which was not the sellers fault.
