Received a personal Voicemail from Max stating they had some issues in-house with the Used item ordered. He promptly explained that they had a New item (older model same exact item) that the would be sending out instead because of the in-house issues. I work in retail and these small things matter! Thank you Max!!

Power outputs are right on levels programmed. Radio is very clean and packaging was exceptional. Very good group at Sunny Communications. Highly recommend them.
