    Item came in condition described by the seller. The seller was also very helpful in changing shipping information for me and responding promptly to my request, as well as updating me on when the parcel would be shipped out. Item came packaged nicely and everything was intact! Great addition to the home, roommates loved it, works great for rewinding our VHS tape collection. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

    The seller shipped the item quickly and packaged it well, with caution stickers on the tube. Unfortunately, the package arrived late and was damaged in transit by the USPS. Once I messaged the seller, they issued a refund immediately. I highly appreciate the seller's great attitude and quick response. Will probably try to order the item again. A++++

    Prompt international shipping (APO); tape cases were appropriately boxed, but with not internal padding other than some wadded up kraft paper. Several of the cases arrived damaged, with chunks taken out of the corners. No evidence of debris in the box, so one must assume they were damaged prior to shipping. I'm getting disappointed with this seller, as I've made numerous purchases from them over the years. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR MERCHASNDISE PRIOR TO SHIPPINGAND/OR PAD IT APPROPRIATELY.
