Changed out a faulty rca that came in the factory packed box. O blame to seller-stuff just happens. Positively would use them again. Made it from NY to AL in less than a week. Quick turnaround

UPS had marked this item as delivered but only dropped off 1 of 2 packages. They later decided to drop off the second part of the order. I would gladly buy from shoptronics again!

After contacting the company a new tracking number was sent. When my order arrived, I received something very different from what I ordered. A stylus brush is nowhere near similar to a turntable platform. Contacted the company and was issued a refund.
