Sizes are not the same from country to country. A size small in the USA might fit a person who wears a 2XL in say Mexico or Argentina. Somehow the buyer was not aware of that. Buyer never contacted me on the issue prior to leaving this negative feedback.

A winter storm hit their area the day it was supposed to go out and they let me know that the local UPS store had closed early. The Seller even went above and beyond sending a pic of the closed sign on the UPS door. As soon as they were able, the Seller sent out the package and it arrived quickly and undamaged. Highly recommend this Seller!
