Everything about the product is great—the packaging was good, and the coffee quality was excellent. However, there was a significant delay in shipping, and it took over 1.5 months for the product to reach me. This was frustrating, especially since there was a shortage of this coffee in my country, and I wanted it as soon as possible. I would buy from the seller again and hope I will get the coffee sooner this time
