There is actually someone communicating that knows what they are talking about. My order didn't go as planned because the USPS shipped the part to my city and then returned it to one-an-one for on apparent reason. So I said "What now?" and One-an-One said We are going to put a driver on the road and bring it to you! That's what they did.
