They didn't send the item and ebay had to refund me, but I never got an explanation about what happened to the item something I really needed. The company are still selling on eBay and are allowed to treat customers like this, does anyone have to take responsibility for their actions anymore?.

They apologised on behalf of the Royal Mail, and thanked me for my message ! Item had been properly crushed the flange neck of the tube was crushed, cant even imagine how it could have happened.
