    Original product was flawed and the seller let me know of the issue. They refunded me and gained another copy of the book. They sent me another copy at their own expense. I received the pristine copy of the book within a reasonable time. This seller goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Would highly recommend this seller to anyone.
