The brothers Lawrence (Matthew, Andy, and Joey) star in this Disney Channel movie, a sequel to HORSE SENSE. This time, Joey and Andy star as Michael and Tommy, two cousins who decide to set out for an adventure on the high seas. Unfortunately, the best the pair can do with their available funds is rent a fishing boat captained by Jake Hunter (Matthew).
