    The seller was helpful at first and then stopped asking questions after I purchased the lamp. The packaging was okay but the lamp was in such a loose floppy condition the movement of the box caused the lamp to rub and crack off some glass. The lamp harp and base are not tight - absolutely loose so the shipping caused damage because of the poor condition of the lamp. None of these issues were in the description. I am unable to positively vouch for this seller or their items.

    The lamp was packaged well. It was triple bubble-wrapped and filled with packaging paper. There was fragile tape, and arrows pointed to the top and bottom of the package. There would be no reason for communication with the buyer after payment has been made and the item shipped. We were not contacted or sent images of the item after it was delivered. We did everything we could to accommodate the buyer and ensure the package was shipped and packed well.
