Well Packed, received within very short period, in brand new condition as described in the Listing. Quality product, works well and do the job as described. Only drawback was voltage problem I faced because the product works within 100v -120v, but my home voltage is 230v,used voltage convertor as instructed by the support department of EUFY. Value for money. got multiple floor maps, cleans efficiently. Nice product appearance.

We have two long haired dogs and a long haired cat as well as three teenage boys. The first robot vacuum we purchased (a different brand) just was not able to keep up. It needed to be cleaned after every use even though we had the receptacle. The mopping feature on the other one was extra steps and so we never used it. The Eufy is a powerhouse! We can vacuum and mop at the same time! My house has never been this clean!

The delivery service clearly dropped the box at least once if not several times, got some sort of green goo on it, etc. Having never had a robot cleaner, I couldn’t know if it was still working correctly. And I worried that the delivery service banging it up would make it break soon. The seller gave me a partial refund, even though they had not caused the problem! Wow! And the robot cleans great!
