When I contacted the seller they replied very quickly with the delivery details having contacted Royal Mail, so I was able retrieve the package. Feedback to Royal Mail will be duly given! I would recommend this seller but buy tracked delivery if possible.

However the Royal Mails inability to deliver when they say they will is outwith the sellers control.
