I reasonably expected perfect for the price. If buyer is truly dissatisfied with the item, he should not insist on keeping it and be happy to return for a refund. Ashtray fronts are raw plastic, straight from the mold, just as they were originally and have been used on award winning restorations. Buyer's goal since before ordering was to negotiate a lower price. Take a look at our long eBay history and previously spotless feedback to understand the true problem is the buyer.
