    The seller was extremely reasonable in meeting my price for this very expensive item. They were right, it is impossible to find this set, thus the high price. Anyone who collects this particular dream house knows how nearly impossible it is to find the entire set. Packaging was excellent. It was as described and looks in excellent condition as the pictures showed. Shipping was great.
