I contacted the seller through EBAY and they were quick to respond and attempted to make the transaction right. Another fan+heatsink was shipped to me overnight, but unfortunately still did not fit. The seller arranged for return shipping of both items and I was issued a refund. I would purchase from them again in the future after confirming the exact item was available.

Shipping was ok, but box was pretty mushed up, wish seller would stuff more newspaper or something in box to protect. Seller accidentally sent only one instead of the two i ordererd. They responded apologized promised to ship the missing item.
