Unfortunately, the figure had split in half in transit. I messaged the seller the next day. They messaged me back within an hour. Even though the cracked figure was no fault of theirs, they immediately credited my card the full amount I had paid, including shipping. No questions asked. They were not only professional but prompt as well. I’m very thankful. Would not hesitate to buy from this seller.

By luck, the items were not damaged, but the box was not marked well with the address and was torn open on one of the corners so the items were partially exposed and the package was pretty beat up all around ...It was the original box for the items, but needed re-enforcement with better taping before shipping.
