Seller offered to provide either a return shipping label and a full refund or a partial refund to retain the model. Negotiated a mutually acceptable partial refund with seller. Good communication, good-faith fair deal. I would buy from this seller again

The listing said the car was in “excellent condition,” but when it arrived, it had serious mechanical and body damage that was never mentioned. I tried contacting the seller, but they barely responded, and eBay’s support didn’t help much. I spent a lot of money expecting a working vehicle, not a broken one. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying cars through eBay.
