He asked me a question before he bought them and before I could respond he purchased them. I thought well he purchased them before I answered so he must be okay with them. So I sent them to him. They were packaged well when I shipped them. My site it says that there are no refunds. Nearly a month later he communicated that he was not satisfied. I posted multiple pictures and he could have asked for more pictures before buying. No way to verify shipping damage.
