I was not thrilled to pay for the shipping, given the poor history of USPS delivery service here. It took longer than expected, to arrive. It arrived well packed, in a sturdy box to protect it. The item was as described, with the proper finish. Only the escutcheon trim, had a minor flaw in it. I found this exact item, in a different finish, for much less, & free shipping. Still better value than buying it new.

USPS did a horrible job routing the package - but a little patience and it all worked out, as this was not the fault of the seller. Sheets arrived well packaged and brand new. Very happy with the purchase as it was exactly as described. The shipping was not the fault of the seller- USPS is really struggling lately.
