Ebay allows these false delivery times because they did nothing about it .

However, as soon as I contacted the business seller, they were on the problem straight away. There had been a hitch in the supply chain, and the supplier provided updates, even over a bank holiday weekend! Goods were eventually delivered in perfect condition. I was impressed with the way they handled the problem and sorted it out asap.
