This was an inconvenience, but the seller was nice enough to send another one when I contacted them. 2. Meanwhile, a couple of days later the original shipment showed up, but the quality was not sufficient. As a courtesy, we immediately shipped another item free of charge. Secondly, We were never made aware of any issues with any of the products you received. If we had been notified, we would have gladly corrected the issue.
