It requires a very specific dial size and I thought the dials that come with the kit looked a bit 2 dimensional. I chose the silver dial with black numbers and it is really just fine. I may still make my own dial. Great seller. Very nice case.

The dial was also beautyful before i tryied to clean it with alcohol. That blue colour is alcohol soluble! I now have silver dial with white numbers.

The photos are actually of an earlier variant of the same kit (in the colour scheme I ordered this time by mistake), now one of my favourite watches; it's now back on its 'Jubilee' bracelet.
