I have tried contacting the seller multiple times, but there has been no response. I need the items as I cannot find them elsewhere so this is very frustrating. It's a good thing eBay has a refund policy; however it is maddening to think that this seller is listing items, not sending them and still making money because eBay is the one refunding. I hope they get their money back.

As an internet seller myself, I highly value the "no questions asked" quick refund I received after describing the issues I was having (in detail). No request for proof, pictures, etc. As an aside, the printer was packed and shipped beautifully; no problems there. Just technical problems with the unit.
