Well, mine was not. I purchased this light on May 27th. Today is June 17th. The tracking provided by the seller STILL shows package "IN TRANSIT TO US". See photo. Seller wasn't helpful. I felt like I was going in circles in conversing with them. I had to file a claim. The ONLY way the seller would send me a replacement was if I cancelled my claim.
