The iMac was waaaayyy better than expected. It literally looked as if it was brand new. The packaging for shipping was out of this world. I don't recall ever receiving a used item packed as well as it was. It could have been thrown around still would not have been damaged. The valve was just right. I left Apple and came back because I found an iMac in the right price range. Awesome seller!!!!!
