    Good communication with seller. Seller responded quickly to a mixup with my order, and I reordered the item. There was a delay in shipping the reorder, which the seller subsequently explained and resolved. Seller also substituted a larger size at same cost to compensate for the delay.     Item was shipped out right away. Just got it. Although the shipping bag was small and the outside packaging was crushed a little, the lip tube inside was unharmed and still had its safety plastic around it so I know it was unused and brand new as advertised. As this is the only thing I’ve found that actually fixes the little crease around my lips, and truly plumps my lips, I had no problem paying what was asked. So thanks for helping me appear my best!
