But since it was comparatively a small box, the pickup man missed to take it with him for a 2 days. As we have around 20 parcels to be gone everyday, we realized that very late. Please accept our sincere apologies and thanks for the positive feedback.

Packaged extremely well with tons of bubble wrap, foam, and waterproof plastic wrapping around the box. Great seller, would recommend.

It arrived cleaner than the photos show. There's almost no wear on the keyboard or touchpad, minimal marks on the surface to show evidence of use. It's been very well looked after. Specifications are exactly as described. Everything works so far.

The laptop was in near pristine condition, it wasn't the best to bang value in my honest opinion, but the seller offered to help out when my laptop's screen malfunctioned and sent me another laptop free of charge. It was the wrong spec laptop, however I am thankful of the seller refunded the partial cost of the laptop. I am really thankful for everything.
