They came secure in bubble wrap and no signs of major damage due to mistaking issues. All cords were accounted for. They did need to be rebooted to install them but that was the least of my worries once I had music playing I can now have my surround sound as I always wanted it. The seller noticed I liked it and did not give me a hard time and actually negotiated to make a deal happen.
