I was sent the wrong bags at first but following my contact with the company I was sent another set which got lost and so another set was sent - which I received. After I complained to Evri who passed on my comments to the driver, it appears the driver had a meltdown and decided to just return to back to the seller. The seller was understanding and issued a full refund as they had no more stock to send out replacements.
