This "new" one still had the face protector over the display! The buttons appear to be a bit faded and there is a brown spot on the cord where it meets the radio. Other than that, everything looks brand new. The remote works and had a battery installed but I changed it out wanting to start with a new one.

I only had 1 question and seller answered quickly. I had a tracking number and it was fun to watch it's progress from California to Ohio. It was a smooth transaction in every way. I would recommend this seller.
