I was so glad to find this item for less than 1/2 of what I would have paid in the USA. The seller shipped my item out the very next day. I did take almost a month to receive it in the USA but that is no fault of the seller. My item was very carefully packaged and arrived just as described. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again. It was very well packed and as the courier dropped it over a six foot gate if it hadn't have had so much bubble wrap around it , it might not have been in any condition to be used. I would have been waiting for it but when I went to tracking it was expected to be late, not because it was posted late bet due to the courier. Thank you to Aaron's mobility.

So well packaged never seen so much bubble warp to protect it, that’s a good thing. As described. Value for money and I trust this seller as as used before and never had a problem. Item is used so has a few cosmetic scratches but not as many as the battery pack that fell off my walker and smashed lol.
