Contacted seller who tried to persuade me not to use the eBay returns label because it would cost £3.30 which was all her profit. She initially suggested just writing return to sender on package, then offered to send her own returns label. I was not prepared to do that because there would be no eBay protection if the parcel went missing or seller failed to refund.
