However when I downloaded the software onto my PlayStation 3 system, the game requires a toy pad to play which I was not notified of. Beyond disappointed that I cannot play the game now after having wasted my money.

The game was as described but however the case was damaged when in transit to me. But the firm who sold the game to me is sending me a new case and apologised.
