He didn’t check the contents of the box and forwarded the object to me and that’s where I found out it was damaged. He offered a refund or partial refund by choice and I opted for the partial refund. When the item arrived it was partially damaged, but that was due to shipping not the seller. The seller then promised to look into finding a source for replacement parts, and partially refunded me. Extremely polite, excellent service, absolutely recommend them.
