Sadly, the wrong item had been sent. The seller apologised very speedily & informed me that the item I wanted was no longer in stock. Complaints? None at all. My money was refunded in full without my asking & a postage paid label was sent for me to return the item. Thephotographyshop puts excellent customer service first & deals with problems swiftly & professionally. I will definitely try them again.

Items were tracked and delivered quickly. One thing to note was this company is quick to answer any questions or queries and give good advice. I’m new to photography so found them very helpful. For me, I believe it’s important to support home grown businesses and 100% I will order from them again.
