Promised exceptional packing of toaster oven, and it was. However, the previous owner had made a faulty repair; I felt I could correct it, and asked for a partial refund to compensate for my time and effort. Dismayed to learn of the defect, MandS Express agreed readily. A satisfactory partial refund was agreed upon and issued. Highest degree of integrity here; it was like finding previously unknown family. Well done, M and S!
