I ordered a filing cabinet key cut to a specific code number, and I’m beyond impressed! The key arrived quickly, was packaged securely, and—most importantly—it worked perfectly straight out of the envelope. I didn’t need to fiddle with anything; it slid right in and turned without a hitch. Saved me from the hassle (and cost) of replacing the entire lock. Great communication from the seller and a smooth transaction from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Advised the seller quickly before item dispatched, when realised wrong code supplied, the seller confirmed immediately of the change to the different code. Unfortunately, a key fitting the first advised code was delivered but when contacted again the seller advised that the proper coded key would be sent. Waiting for delivery but have every confidence that I will receive quickly.

Seller quickly packaged and sent the item, which arrived in the condition and with the parts as photographed and described. While I had to spend extra on the shipping, it was reasonable and one of the few sources for this part. Unfortunately, the part did not work in my application of a Gainsborough door knob (unsure why given door width and knob were to specification; however, that is not the seller's fault.
